Dharamsala, June 1, 2013: Balbir Thakur ,SSP Kangra in Himachal have sounded an alert to all SSPs in Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi, J & K. Uttrakhand U.P., Assam, Himachal Pradesh and all SHOs in the Kangra district to trace one Yaspal Arya son of Bhup Singh resident of Govind Puri under jurisdiction of police station Khol in Tehsil and District Rewari (Haryana).
The alert indicate that a case FIR (No. 03/13) dated January 3, 2013 under sections 363,366 IPC has been registered at Police Station Dharamsala for the kidnapping a minor girl allegedly by one Yaspal Arya (25 years), who is serving in the Army.
The copy of the alert was also sent to IGP CID-cum-Director SCRB HP Shimla.
DGP of Himachal Pardesh has declared Rs.25,000 reward for the person who will help police to find out this person. The name of informer will be kept secret.
