Chandigarh, April 30, 2013: Rajesh Bagha, Chairman Punjab State Scheduled Castes Commission today urged the Union Government to act at the highest level to bring back the Sarabjit singh to India for better treatment.
In a letter to the Prime Minister of India Rajesh Bagha said that the condition of Sarabjit singh, who belongs to the scheduled caste category, is very critical. He said that the matter should be considered at the human grounds and the Union Government should ensure the return of Sarabjit singh to India. He Pressed upon the Prime Minister personally take up the matter with his counterpart in Pakistan and get the sentence of Sarabjit singh be pardoned.
