New Delhi, June 30, 2015: Earth Group of Companies, the fastest growing real estate company has recently launched a commercial project, Earth SKY GATE, strategically located at New Gurgaon. Seeing the market scenario and according to the implemented policies to bring a drastic change in Indian real estate by the government, the group has brought a new project Earth Gharonda under the aegis of Affordable Housing Policy. The Government of Uttar Pradesh has identified 30 such builder firms under the banner of “Awas Bandhu” and has issued them ‘Certificate of Registration’ to this effect, one of them being the Earth Group of Companies.
In its one of the key recent endeavors Earth Group will be developing this new and affordable residential project-Earth Gharonda under UP Government’s “Housing for All” scheme. The project “Earth Gharonda” is located on main Lucknow-Faizabad road and the group will be starting soon its construction activities on this project. The Group is focusing on UP market as it contributes majorly both in terms of investors as well as buyers to the realty market.
