Patients during Max Hospital free mega health camp at Bangana (Una) in Himachal Pradesh.
Bangana (Una), June 21, 2015: As many as 500 people attended a free multispecialty health camp at Community Health Centre Bangana today. The camp was organized Max Super Specialty Hospital (MSSH), Mohali in association with Shiv-Raam Jan Kalian Smiti, Bangana
A team of MSSH doctors comprising of Dr. Manoj Soni, Dr. Devesh Kumar, Cardiologist and Dr. Ashok Gupta from various specialties such as Cardiology, Orthopedics and Internal Medicine addressed the healthcare needs of people at camp. Max Hospital staff also distributed free medicines to the people besides offering bp, blood sugar, ECG and bone mass densitometry tests.
Mr. Rumail Kumar , President of Samiti was also present during occasion.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Sandeep Dogra, VP-Operations, MSSH said that Max Hospital, Mohali was committed towards making specialized healthcare services accessible to all sections of society. Through this free medical camp, our endeavour was to address the health concerns of the people who were often neglected due to distance from a good healthcare facility or monetary constraints. In line with the Max Group philosophy of ‘Seva-bhav’, we have taken up the initiative to provide free consultation and medicines to the people at the camp. We were happy that this initiative would benefit people of area.”
