Ambassador Czech Republic with Mr. Alok Dave GM RCF Kapurthala.
Kapurthala, May 15, 2015: A High Level Delegation from Czech Republic led by H.E.Mr Miloslav Stastek, Ambassador of Czech Republic to India visited Rail Coach Factory. He was accompanied by Mr Jiri Janicek, Commercial Counsellor of Czech Embassy, Mrs Marie Vopalenska, Director General of Association of Czech Railway Industry and several representatives of Czech companies from Railway Industry.
During the visit, an interactive session was held in which presentation showcasing manufacturing of coaches in RCF was displayed to the Delegation. Deliberate discussions were held on various aspects of coach manufacturing in the session which was also attended by Mr. Alok Dave, General Manager and HODs of RCF.
Later, the delegation visited workshop and where it showed keen interest in manufacturing of FIAT BOGIE which is used in LHB coaches. It needs mention that various assemblies of FIAT BOGIE i.e. Wheel Disc, Primary and Secondary Springs and dampers are supplied by various Czech companies. / (Rajat Kumar, Jalandhar)
