Jalandhar, April 20, 2015: Traditional Baisakhi Lunch for the Sikh Regimental Veterans and Serving Officers in & around Punjab was held at Chandimandir on 19 April 2015. An annual affairs to keep up with Regimental veterans, it was attended by approximately 175 Officers and Ladies.
Lt. Gen. GS Shergill, Chief of Staff, HQ Central Command and Colonel of the Sikh Regiment was the chief guest and he interacted with veterans and discussed various issues related to the Sikh Regiment.
During the lunch, Bonhomie between the veterans and serving officers was noticed. He also released the 2014-2015 edition of The Sikh Regiment Magazine –‘The Sikh’. The Magazine gives out an over view of past one year of the Sikh Regiment.
