Chandigarh, September 27, 2013: Wreath was placed on behalf of Punjab Governor and Administrator UT Chandigarh, Shivraj V. Patil to pay respect to the departed soul of Lt. Col. Bikramjeet Singh, who sacrificed his life for the country in a terrorists attack in Kashmir yesterday, by DSP Balwant Singh.
