Shimla, August 24, 2015: A deputation of Congress party councilors of Municipal Corporation Shimla met Urban Development Minister Shri Sudhir Sharma here today and urged him to review the decision of enhancing sewerage cess being charged by the corporation.
They said the corporation was earlier charging sewerage cess of 15 percent on water generation bills which now had been enhanced to 50 percent of the total water consumption.
