Jalandhar, August 23, 2015: Vajra Tech Fest is being organised at Jalandhar Cantt on 24 and 25 Aug 2015. The ideas-innovations competitions and the display of latest technologies and equipments by civil technology demonstrators will be the main attraction of the event. More than sixty ideas and innovations in various categories are expected to participate in the event and move than twenty five civil technology demonstrators dealing with Army equipments have already confirmed their participation. As per Lt Gen JS Cheema General Officer Commanding, 11 Corps, the Tech Fest will encourage all ranks of Vajra Corps to exploit their creative potential and enhance combat potential of the formation by upgrading critical equipments and weapons system, improving the reset techniques and indegenisation the systems and subsystems. The Technology Festival is expected to be attended by a large gatherings of persons of Jalandhar and adjoining areas.
