New Delhi, July 15, 2015: Jiva Ayurveda, pioneers in the field of the ancient practice of Ayurveda announced the launch of a new clinic at Malviya Nagar, Delhi. The opening of this clinic makes it the sixth clinic in the national capital Delhi and the 45th clinic in the country. The clinic is located at B-17, Geetanjali Enclave, Near Malviya Nagar.
Speaking on the occasion Dr Partap Chauhan, Director of Jiva Ayurveda said: “Ayurveda is the world’s oldest science of healing. It is not to be mistaken as just any other form of treatment available today but is in fact ‘a way of life’ that ventures deep into finding the root cause of a disease rather than providing temporary relief. I am delighted at the launch of this new clinic. With the addition of this clinic we have scaled up to six clinics in the city of Delhi itself, located strategically in Shahdara, Pitampura, Janakpuri, MayurVihar, Lajpat Nagar, and now Malviya Nagar. Our pan India presence is now represented through a total of 45 clinics.”
Jiva Ayurveda operates the world’s first and largest TeleMedicine Centre operating since 1998. This one of its kind outreach program provides an opportunity for patients to telephonically consult expert Ayurveda doctors and get medicines delivered right at their doorsteps. This centre provides consultation to over 6000 patients daily through its team of 400 Ayurveda doctors and support professionals.
With over 1 million patients treated to date, Jiva Ayurveda is now looking to expand its countrywide presence by opening regional TeleMedicine Centres to provide consultation services in local languages. Jiva has recently put together a team of Ayurveda doctors specialising in treating diabetes, further bolstering the capabilities of their TeleMedicine Centre.
