Gurgaon, July 14, 2015: A sigh of Relief for all the residents of New Gurgaon & the commuters on Delhi Jaipur road, 2 important Flyovers in Sec-81 New Gurgaon connecting to the major key points of Delhi-NCR turned operational. Flyover 1 Heading towards Manesar from Gurgaon, its after crossing Kherki Daula toll gate looping over NH8 intersection with Sector 82A, (6 lane flyover) and flyover 2 ( its informally called Gardencity Flyover) approximately 1.KM ahead of flyover 1, it loops over NH-8 intersection with Sector 81 (6 lane flyover). These flyovers will provide an easy access to IGI Airport, Dwarka & KMP Expressway.
These two flyovers will turn out to be a boom for not only the citizens but also for the commuters who are travelling through this road. Commuters trudge on Jaipur-Gurgaon stretch of national highway (NH) 8, since boulders, stock-still cranes and construction material lying in between roads is something that never fades from their sight. Incomplete pillars, potholes, traffic jams and dust clouds all expose the sorry state of theNH-8. The highway's condition is such that it is now going beyond damage control but now these two flyovers will.
Gurgaon-Jaipur route has about 17 flyovers which are all non-operating due to several reasons but DLF has taken a step forward & ensured that their customers should not face any problem & enjoy an easy access to IGI Airport, Dwarka & KMP Expressway. The Project of DLF in Garden city which will be benefited by these flyovers are – New Town Heights, The Primus, Regal Gardens, Skycourt and most recently The Ultima located in the Sectors 81 to 95.
DLF Gardencity was conceptualized to provide a rich blend of luxury with verdant expanses. The existing and the planned road networks provide excellent connectivity not only to Delhi and Gurgaon but also to Agra and Jaipur. New Gurgaon has huge number of townships and residential spaces coming where lakhs of people will be living. These flyovers have not only eased the traffic movements but have also acted as a motivational factor for the Real Estate industry.
"Completion and operation of these flyovers are a very positive development for enhancing connectivity to DLF Gardencity; it will significantly ease the commute and reduce the travel time to DLF Gardencity. We are sincerely grateful to the respective government authorities for resolving this issues and concluding this pending development" Vikram O Datta, Vice President- Marketing, DLF Home Developers LTD.
Shweta Vijay, resident of New Town Heights sector 90 said, "If we want better and smoother connectivity to city, we will have to create infrastructure. These two flyovers will be a great move in that direction. The flyovers have made a lot of difference and they have also decongested traffic and reduced travel times".
