Narnaul (Haryana), April 30, 2015: Deputy Commissioner Atul Kumar today flagged off a truck, loaded with relief goods, for Nepal earthquake victims from Red Cross Office. Beside Red Cross various social organizations and individuals have contributed for aid.
While flagging off the truck carrying relief materials, DC said that in the hour of calamity the whole world was with the citizens of Nepal. It is a humanitarian work to share the pain of distress person in time of disaster. “It is the matter of proud for us that whole world has been appreciated the efforts carried out by our Prime Minister Narender Modi to save the lives of quake victims,” Atul Kumar added.
He said that in such a disaster the victims need drinking water, food items and blankets. The people of the district had collected relief material in a short notice period was palpable.Who have contributed the relief goods are - District Red Cross Committee (100 blankets and 70 bags of flour), MC president Rajendra Singh (100 blankets), Rohtash Kumar Agarwal (5 box of biscuits), Apaar Hotel (30 Cartoon water bottle), Dinesh Building Materials(20 Biscuit Box), Dewan Four wheeler Mahindra (4 Biscuit Box, 600 bottle of water and 30 kg gram), Sun Plaza Hotel (100 Cartoon water bottle), MM auto Mobiles (26 Cartoon Biscuit), Jyotsna Garg (one Cartoon water bottle), Rotary Club (100 blankets), Satya Agarwal (100 blankets), Gopal saran Garg (10 Cartoon Biscuit), and 5 Biscuit Cartoon from District Road Safety Organization.
