New Delhi, April 26, 2015: Haryana Governor Prof Kaptan Singh Solanki and Chief Minister, Manohar Lal today laid the foundation stone of the building of Centre of Excellence for Education being set up by All India Kshatriya Federation at Faridabad today. The building would be constructed over an area of 2800 square yards at a cost of about Rs six crore and it would be completed by December 2016. The faculty would be appointed for this centre and candidates would be imparted training for competitive exams of civil services to be held from 2017 onwards.
Speaking on the occasion, Prof. Solanki said that this centre would provide training to qualify in competitive exams for IAS, IPS, Police Officers and bank officers besides encouraging the youth to get into these services. The aim of the Institute is to tap the talent of children so that no one should be deprived of any opportunity due to lack of funds.
The Governor said that the setting up of competitive exams training centre by any of the social organization is a commendable step for ensuring the bright future of children. This would be beneficial for the youth as after completion of their regular education they would be able to get training for competitive examinations, he added.
Speaking on the occasion, the Chief Minister, Manohar Lal said that social organization plays an important role in society as more the people associate with these organization, more it would help the government in effective implementation of public welfare schemes and policies. The All India Kshatriya Federation’s objective of imparting training to the students for excelling in competitive exams is a commendable step, he added.
He said that under the guidance of Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, both the Central and Haryana Government have been implementing best policies and schemes for increasing the efficiency of students. He expressed happiness that the Federation will work not only for fostering the talent of children belonging to special sections of society but for all brilliant children belonging to all sections of society.
Union Minister for Civil Aviation, Ashok Gajapathi Raju said that the setting up of such training centre by social organizations for ensuring bright future of children is a step which would automatically elevate the education level in the society.
Union Minister of State for Social Justice and Empowerment, Krishan Pal Gurjar said that the decision of Federation for setting up this centre in Faridabad is a step towards improving the education standards of this region.
The Chairman of the Federation, P. Ragheva Raju thanked the Government for proving land at concessional prices for setting up the building of the Centre. He said that the students would embark upon a successful career after obtaining training in this Centre of Excellence. The Federation honoured the Governor, the Chief Minister and the Union Ministers by presenting them “Pagris” and mementos. / (SK Vyas, Jalandhar)
