Haryana Governor and Chandigarh UT Administrator, Prof Kaptan Singh Solanki planting a Sapling of Ashoka tree at the Panjab University, Chandigarh on April 13, 2015. To inspire young people, the country soil was brought by Yuvsatta volunteers from the birth place of Shaheed-E--Azam Bhagat Singh in Pakistan. The soil was mixed with local soil for this plantation.
