New Delhi, February 11, 2015: B- Jain Pharmaceuticals, one stop shop for homeopathy recently participated in a Conference conducted by Central Council for Research in Homoeopathy. The conference celebrated homeopathy form of medicine which is being widely embraced by people, from the young to the educated.
The deliberation observed a fruitful discussion on Homeopathy as the second largest system of medicine and it bringing a bright ray of hope in India. With the passing of the Central Act in 1973, Homeopathy has been adopted as the National system of medicine and has lead to the formation of the Department of Indian system of medicine and homeopathy in March 1995, which was later renamed as AYUSH in November 2003. AYUSH gained an enormous support from the government.
The evening noticed the presence of prominent personalities from the field of Homeopathy. Dr.R.K.Manchanda, Director General, CCRH, briefed the gathering on Homeopathy in India and the scope for international cooperation and how homeopathy can make the world safer and disease free. Ela Gandhi, an admirer of homeopathy, graced the conference of Homeopathy with her presence and brought to light her experiences with homeopathy. She also shared the experiences of her grandfather, Mahatma Gandhi and her father. She shared his experience and quotes from his autobiography “My experiments with truth”. She believes that India has the wealth of knowledge about homeopathy and perceives homeopathy to be a more substantial option as compared to other conventional forms of medicine. She emphasised that homeopathy was steadily and slowly making its footprint and gaining acceptance in South Africa and shared that the concerns are asked by authorities on the process of manufacturing of homeopathic medicines.
Various non-profit and non-government organisations like the Global Homeopathy Foundation (GHF) and Centre for Advanced Study in Homeopathy (CASH) by the B Jain Group, which serve as catalysts for better reach to common man and also aid in research towards a brighter ray of hope for a gentle cure.
On this occasion Kuldeep Jain, Director of B. Jain met Ms Ela Gandhi and also shared his views about the emphasis about the quality concerns in the process of manufacturing homeopathic medicine and the importance of ensuring proper standards of homeopathic drug manufacture. Kuldeep Jain also presented Ms Ela Gandhi with a first aid kit of homeopathic remedies made at B Jain Pharmaceuticals.
