New Delhi, September 18, 2014: The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has registered four cases related to fraud committed on general public to the tune of Rs.960.50 lakhs. It was alleged that two Directors of Kasaragod (Kerala) based private company & its six persons and others had defrauded the victims.
CBI took up the investigation of these cases from Kerala Police. Searches were conducted at five residential premises connected to these persons as well as two institutions, run by the Directors of the said private Company at various locations in Kerala which led to the recovery of 34 documents and one material object.
Further investigation is continuing.
